6. Shipping & Fulfillment
RemedyLab fulfills all orders through a third-party supplier based in China. Estimated shipping times are 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, customs processing, and external carrier factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. RemedyLab is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
